Every month we team up with one of our featured Venues and a group of our featured Vendors to create an unforgettable styled photo shoot, and show the entire event planning (wedding, corporate, or private) process come to life. Everything from event planner and photo shoot producer, A Regal Affair, envisioning the design concept, to using our 3D Event Designer to design the event layout, to selecting our unbelievably talented Vendors to bring the event design to life.
On Monday we collectively created our second styled photo shoot, inspired by the upcoming Royal Wedding, at the Viceroy Santa Monica, a luxury beach hotel for intimate to elaborate events. It’s vibrant, inviting, and definitely unique, something of which we wanted to showcase in April’s styled photo shoot… and we feel our amazing team of Vendors achieved just that! A simple, yet sexy look that gave it an elaborate, yet intimate feel.

Let the planning begin…
First, we used our 3D Event Designer to help us decide which color scheme complimented the colors of the Bristol Room. We were deciding between pink, silver, and deep red and chose silver (click on the image below to interact with our design and use the 3D View button to walk around the room as if you’re actually there in person!). Change the colors and add new decor to create your own event!
