Sometimes choice is not enough, so we’ve added a 3D event and space design application, to allow you to design your event in 2D and see it in 360 degree 3D before it takes place; as well as the ability to contact your favorite venues / locations and vendors with the simple clique of a button.

Events Clique for Real Estate

Now the real estate industry can use 3D Space Planning to maximize the efficiency of buildings’ leasing process, while simultaneously solving the needs of prospective tenants, saving architectural and construction costs, speeding up the payment of brokers’ commissions, and not only saving clients (landlords) money, but also accelerating their receipt of new tenant rental revenues. Buildings’ prospective tenants no longer have to continually revisit the vacant office space in buildings (taking time away from their offices to travel and tour and continually re-tour the vacant spaces they are interested in) to determine if they like a proposed layout or whether their furniture will “fit”, a process that can last weeks, thus delaying/extending the overall leasing process.     Events Clique hand-selects venues / locations and vendors that will become part of your event “clique”. Each venue / location and vendor has been cordially invited to feature their work based on style, experience, and an impeccable reputation.

    3D Event Designer

    Select one of our pre-modeled venues or buildings, or use our "Create Your Own Floor Plan" feature and insert custom dimensions to create your workspace. Then clique, drag, and drop your choice of furniture, décor, and more into the workspace. Rearrange and try different layouts until you are satisfied with the result. View your space in 3D and use our "PDF Event" feature to create a PDF of the 2D layout and all items in the workspace, including the quantity. Once you’re happy with the setup, save it and email it to others using our "Share by Email" feature for feedback. Make changes in real-time so you and those you have shared your design with can collaborate and view the updated setup.
